🥇 Mk4 Golf Indicators Not Working

No headlights on dipped beam. Everything else is working as it should (high beam, sidelights, fogs, indicators) - but no dipped beam lights. Was all working fine yesterday, but no lights (dip) when I switched on last night. Checked fuses and all visible connections, changed bulbs - but still nothing. First then - in the fascia fuse box - the one on the drivers side / edge of the dash - accessed by opening the drivers door - check fuse 46 ( a 5 amp ) bottom right hand corner of the fuse box - Then check fuse 47 ( 5 amp ) nest to that one Then working up , next row up - check fuses 40 , 41 and 42 .. airbag light, flashing glow plug, door open (group 10 on measuring blocks CCM shows driver's door always closed even when it's not and passenger's door always open even when it's not) VCDS-Lite Version: Release 1.2. The dashboard light for a burned out bulb will turn on and the turn signal light will blink quickly. Both are the normal indications for a burned out bulb. However, after a while, this will go away and everything will work fine. The brakes work completely fine, the red light that used to be on the dashboard for a few months has disappeared yet the yellow break pad sensor light on the dashboard has come on now. Any help's appreciated, thanks. I hope you can understand what I'm saying and I'm not speaking in riddles but yeah.. I don't know shit about cars. The indicator and brake signal both share the high signal of the dual filament bulbs in a US tail light. Basically each signal overides the other, so when braking, the indicator signal inverts to cut the brake signal out. Getting this to work with the standard Golf flasher unit requires 3 relays and a resistor bypass per tail. Then press the lock or unlock button on the 2nd key fob again once. 6) Switch off the ignition, and remove the 1st key fob. Now switch the keys and repeat the process. (I found that only the second key would work remotely. Swaping the keys in the procedure above fixed the 1st key. Now im starting to think could it be a faulty comfort module? One of dome lights isnt working, problems with central locking and im unable to pop trunk with fob (latch works manualy), this all points for comfort module for golf mk4 / pasat b5.5, but i never found it could happen on mk5. Any ideas what i should check? Thanks in advance. So, I did a search before posting this and decided to post anyway, because my problem seems to be a little different. I have a 2018 Golf R. The rear wiper started to stutter so I had VW replace it during my first 10k service. When I say "stutter" I mean that as the wiper arm sweeps, it stops for a split second. Re: Fuel gauge; not working correctly (KMAKAZ_GTI) Pull out your sending unit, check your flouter to see if it's holding fuel, and turn on your key to on pos. and move the sending unit around and see where it catching and where it's not, look on your gauge, 2 ppl needed. You dont need to drop your tank. Hello almighty Golf enthusiasts! I have a 2011 MK6 R, and the windshield wipers are not working. Tried 2 new motors already and no success. The hood lock is working without any faults. The car recognises that it is properly closed. The windshield wiper motor has good +12V and good ground. Tested with a light bulb. OoJgT.
